At AIQue Technologies, LLC (AIQue), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the steps that we take to protect our intellectual property and the intellectual property of others.
Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement:
AIQue has a policy of removing or disabling access to content that is infringing the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by AIQue or by a customer of AIQue, please provide the following information to AIQue’s designated copyright agent at [insert contact information]:
A description of the copyrighted work or trademark that you claim has been infringed.
A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit AIQue to locate the material.
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or trademark owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Intellectual Property of AIQue:
AIQue’s services, technology, and branding, including without limitation the AIQue logo, are the exclusive property of AIQue and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AIQue grants customers a limited, revocable license to use AIQue’s branding solely for the purpose of promoting or advertising the use of AIQue’s services.
Intellectual Property of Customers:
AIQue does not claim any ownership in the intellectual property of its customers. AIQue will not use a customer’s intellectual property for any purpose except as necessary to provide the services to the customer.
